Job Description
*Position Title: *Executive *Job Category: *Associate *Department: *Telecoms Operations *Process: *Inbound - Telecoms *Qualification: *10+2 and above in any stream *Languages Known: *English is must *Experience: *Experience (1-5yrs) *Gender: *Male/Female *Reporting to: ATLs/TLs* *No. of Reportees: NA* *Responsibilities & Accountabilities of Executive:* Ø To be responsible for helping customers save money or suitable packages for their needs for their TV, Telecoms and Broadband packages and supporting them through the switching process. Ø Provide timely and courteous response while answering customer queries over the phone. Ø Interact professionally during the calls and provide all the necessary information about product specifications and pricing to the fullest satisfaction of the customer Ø Make independent decisions within pre-determined spheres of activity/ control and escalate any open customer issues to Assistant Team Leaders/ Line Managers without delay to facilitate meeting of production targets. Ø Ensure safe handling of Systems and equipment provided. Ø Respond accurately, promptly and effectively to call centre calls and quickly resolve difficulties with angry and frustrated customers in a polite manner. Ø Exercise tact, patience and professionalism at all times in responding to customers, regardless of issue or customers demeanour. Ø Ensure building up of a good image for the Company by responding positively to every call received. Ø Demonstrating understanding of company values through attitude and behaviour and accountable for personal behaviour *Skills & Competencies:* * Technical;* Ø Excellent spoken & written communication skills in English Ø Basic numeracy and IT skills Ø Selling, negotiation & closing skills over the phone will be critical Ø Excellent telephone etiquettes. Ø Ability to absorb process updates in faced paced environment and provide accurate information to customers Ø Have a flexible approach to UK shift times to work on a Rota basis (including Saturday & Sunday). *Behavioural; * Ø Excellent interpersonal skills.
